Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 17, 2026
Welcome to GrandWay Stanton Concrete. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided
GrandWay Stanton Concrete provides concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and related services. All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ from what was originally presented, additional charges may apply. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your signed contract. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your project date and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due in full upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays due to weather, site conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. GrandWay Stanton Concrete is not liable for damages resulting from project delays beyond our control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your signed contract. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control. Concrete may naturally develop minor cracks due to settling or temperature changes, which are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
GrandWay Stanton Concrete is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or structures that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to work. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Changes to the scope of work after the project has started may result in additional charges and delays.
